Buying Rude Health food online
Choose your food, select the size and quantity and 'add to
basket'. When you have finished shopping, ‘checkout’. We
deliver to the UK and Europe.
We accept Visa, Delta, Electron, Mastercard and Maestro. We
are also happy to receive telephone orders on: 0845 465 7833,
9.00am-5.00pm Monday-Friday
Delivery
We will do our best to despatch your order within 2 days of
it being placed and we will send you a despatch note by email.
If we are out of stock we will let you know by email and
despatch your order as soon as we have more stock. Your
order will be sent first class. Overseas orders will
be sent airmail. These are our delivery charges:
